2. Description of Service

Transcript Bunny provides YouTube video transcript extraction, AI-powered summaries, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Each transcript request costs 1 credit
• Failed transcript requests do not consume credits
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period
• Billing is processed through Polar and governed by their terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond our API
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Violate YouTube's Terms of Service
• Exceed API rate limits or abuse the Service

6. API Usage

If you use our API:

• You must comply with our rate limits
• You must keep your API keys confidential
• You are responsible for all requests made with your API keys
• We may revoke API access for violations of these terms

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Transcript Bunny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The transcripts you generate remain your property, subject to YouTube's terms regarding the source content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or completeness of transcripts
• That defects will be corrected
• That our servers are free of viruses or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transcript Bunny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Transcript Bunny operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
