Each new transcript acquisition costs 1 credit. Re-accessing a transcript your account has already acquired does not use another credit. Failed requests do not use credits. Credits reset monthly based on your plan. Free accounts receive 15 credits every month.
Transcripts may fail if the video doesn't have captions enabled, is private/age-restricted, or has disabled transcript access. Failed transcripts don't use your credits.
Visit the Billing page to view plans and upgrade. You can choose monthly or annual billing and switch plans at any time.
Yes! API access is available on every plan, including Free (5 requests/minute). Paid plans come with higher rate limits and more credits. Check our API Documentation for details.
Yes, you can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
